Cases when Payment is Refunded by Our Company:
Order not placed in progress/no writer assigned. In such cases, we refund 100% of the funds paid at your balanced account in the Website. To access this fund, press “Request a refund on your balance” on your end-user or message, email, or call our support team via contacts provided on Web page.
Your decided to cancel the order. In once you place an order, you are free to cancel even though it is assigned to the writer. In this case, your refunds will range from 100% to 20% depending to the level of your assignment completion by our writer.
Missed Deadline. If it happens by our default, we are bound to compensate some amount for late delivery, we don’t expect such complains since we are strict enough when it comes to deadlines.
Not satisfied with the quality. We only release funds to writers after the ordered assignment if complete and the customer approves completion after receiving the paper. In the case of quality complains, the paper is sent to our Quality Team for further review. If the paper is approved as below expected quality, we refund from 100% to 30%.
